Your vote matters

• There 11 non-timeshare titles at The Ridge.

• There are more than 1,100 individual timeshare titles at The Ridge.

• After excluding unfinancial owners, there are over 1,000 eligible votes.

• Approximately 311 votes are held by Classic Clubs and Timeshare Brokers, representing a significant voting bloc.

• At recent AGMs, only between 400 and 450 owners have voted (including Classic).

• The 2026 AGM demonstrated how this can influence the outcome, with Classic's votes determining the result of Motion 20.

Every additional owner who votes helps ensure the result better reflects the wishes of the wider ownership.

A POLL – Balancing Voting Rights between timeshare and non-timeshare owners

Any non timeshare owner (or their proxy) who voted on the motion may request a Poll.

A poll can be requested when a motion has been voted on and passed, but an owner disagrees with the outcome.

Basically what this means is if the non-timeshare owners all vote and disagree with the outcome, collectively their voting power will be equivalent to about 550 weeks if a poll is called.
