Who owns the land
The land in a unit title development is usually owned as common property by the Body Corporate.
This means:
- The land is not owned by individual unit owners separately
- All unit owners collectively own the land through the Body Corporate
- Decisions about the land must follow Body Corporate governance and voting rules
