AGM
9 May 2025
The AGM is more than a formality, it’s your opportunity to have a genuine say in how your resort is managed. This is your only opportunity to help shape decisions that affect all owners.
1. All levies and costs associated with your unit must be paid in full before the AGM.
2. If ownership is shared (e.g. with a spouse, children, or others), every named owner must sign any voting or proxy form — unless one of you will be attending in person or online.
Postal voting and Proxy voting is now closed but you can still have your say by attending the meeting:
✅ 1. In Person
Best option if you want to fully participate.
✅ 2. Online via Zoom
Next best option — you can see and hear the meeting.
IF YOU CANNOT ATTEND.
You can either mail in a paper vote or appoint a proxy.
➤ ALL named owners must sign the voting or proxy form.
REMEMBER
You must be up to date with your levies to be eligible to vote.
In a mixed-ownership timeshare where some units are owned week-by-week and others are owned privately as whole units, voting can happen in two ways: one vote per owned unit or by poll. A poll is a more formal and accurate method because it reflects the actual ownership value of each owner, not just the number of units represented in the room.
How a poll works.
