Can you help?

We believe it’s important that all owners understand both the projected costs for the next 10–15 years and the process for a potential sale of the resort, should the majority of owners decide in favour.

At the 2025 AGM, owners asked the BCC to work with members and the OSG to:

• Review the current Long Term Maintenance Plan (LTMP).

• Investigate the steps required for a possible sale of all or part of the resort.

Both projects will be presented back to owners before the 2026 AGM.

The OSG has submitted a proposed scope of work for these projects to the BCC and expects approval soon. In the meantime, we are seeking expressions of interest from owners who would like to contribute to either of these projects.

Other projects

We are also looking for assistance with the following.

• Joining our committee

• Creating informational materials for new and existing owners
• Exploring options for owners wanting to rent or sell their week
• Contributing creative ideas for online and newsletter content
